Manufacturer's Warranty




All equipment sold by S&P Communications carries a limited warranty of at least 90 days.

The purpose of the manufacturer warranty is to assure that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the time specified below.

• Motorola - 2 years
• Kenwood - 2 years
• Icom - 2 years
• Vertex Standard - 3 years

Please note that product manufacturers offer different warranties per product and not all warranties from the same manufacturer are identical. We are an authorized warranty repair center for Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, Vertex Standard and Nice Systems. Therefore we are able to repair most equipment on site.

Batteries and accessories typically carry a 12-month warranty, but these warranties can vary by product and manufacturer. Some batteries also carry up to an 18 or 24-month capacity warranty. Should your battery or accessory be deemed defective by our technicians within the warranty period, we will exchange the item at no cost.

Damage resulting from mishandling or misuse of the equipment will not be covered under the warranty.
