Mechanical failures for customers who operate repeater systems are deemed critical. When a customer requires system maintenance, it is our pleasure to provide a temporary repeater (as available) while the repeater is in the shop for service. It is also our policy to respond to a repeater system customer within four hours of notification. This policy raises the standard of service and provides a competitive distinction that many companies in the industry will not offer. We do offer after-hours and emergency service and can make arrangements to meet customer demands on weekends, prior to the workday or after normal operating hours. These situations require manpower and present an overtime situation, so overtime rates will apply. We are additionally capable of providing equipment installations outside of normal weekday hours with prior approval and advanced scheduling. After-hours service is available to any customer by calling our normal business phone numbers and following the prompts given regarding after-hours service. The on-call technician will then be paged to contact the customer regarding the issue. Service appointments can be scheduled with the Customer Service Department from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday at 210.656.5073 or 800.741.5073 (San Antonio) and 512.836.5129 or 888.836.5129 (Round Rock). Our Service Department is unrivaled
